Shipping & Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase(s) from Fox Tales. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.


When will my order ship?

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification.

How can I change something on my order?

Assuming the desired change is applicable, please contact foxtalesapparel@gmail.com immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are currently not allowed for online orders. Please only click the "Place Order" button ONCE to avoid multiple purchases. 

Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you enter on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If a confirmation is also not in your spam folder, then your order has not been processed yet or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact foxtalesapparel@gmail.com

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent via email following receipt of payment. Please ensure that the shipping address and email provided to us are accurate.

An item I want is sold out, do you restock your inventory?

We do not reprint items once they have sold out. Limited releases will not be restocked once sold out.

What is your return policy?

Even exchanges or returns are accepted in the event of quality issues, sizing, or if you simply are not satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding sizing, please contact us directly prior to ordering.
